Kinds of Information Collected
There are two kinds of information that can be obtained about our website visitors:
– Aggregate Information
– Personally Identifiable Information.
Aggregate Information is anonymous data that website administrators use to diagnose problems on website servers, to better administer the sites, and to help improve the quality of our website. It may be your domain name (e.g. “XYZ.com”) or your IP address (a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you’re touring the Internet).
Personally, Identifiable Information is any information that identifies you. It can be your email address or any other details that you supply voluntarily.
We may track Aggregate Information such as your IP address, browser type (e.g., Netscape or Internet Explorer), and the domain of your Internet Service Provider (e.g., “XYZ.com”). We may share Aggregate Information with third parties, such as the number of visitors to our website. None of this data is Personally Identifiable Information. When you enter our site you are an anonymous visitor and will remain that way unless you choose otherwise.
We do not automatically obtain any Personally Identifiable Information. We collect Personally Identifiable Information (such as your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address) only when you specifically and knowingly provide this information to us via email or through a Web form.
Security of Collected Information
Any Personally Identifiable Information you provide to us is kept in secure files. Access to these files is limited to only authorized individuals within this company who have the need to know. We continuously make all reasonable efforts to protect your information from theft, misuse and alteration.
We do not disclose your personal data to any other organizations unless required to do so in compliance with any valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order.
You can get in touch with us by any of the means listed on our Contact Us page and have us erase or modify any data that we have collected about you.
As we do not run advertising on our website from third parties, you will not receive a cookie from any third party advertisers by visiting our site.
However, it is possible that some parts of the site, such as the polls & surveys (if we should conduct any), will not function properly if you do so.

Rest assured that our consumer e-mail list is kept on a secure database, and is never shared with any other group or organization. If you subscribe to our mailing list, you will only receive messages from our company by subscribing to that list.
We give our customers the choice to opt out of our e-mail program. If you chose to unsubscribe from our list, we will see to it that you do not receive any more messages from us. We will respond respectfully and immediately to all requests sent to email@example.com to remove an e-mail address from our list.
